  1. By using our services you are agreeing to our terms and conditions

  2. We will not take any responsibility for any damage caused once the items have left our property it is your responsibility to make sure that you transport your products in a safe manner.

  3. The colour is the Responsibility of the cusomer,this will be agreed by email and no items will be sprayed untill the colour and gloss level is agreed by both parties 

  4. All cost will be agreed by email and no extra works will be carried out unless agreed by email.

  5. All cost will be plus 20% VAT this will be added to your invoice.

  6. We will not let any item be removed from our unit unless our satisfaction sheet is signed so please check your items before signing because once they have left our unit at 32-34 suite 7  douglas house MK1 1BA the item or items become your sole responsibility and damage will become chargeable 

  7. The customer will be given a date of when to pick up there items from our workplace if for some reason you can not pick it up on this date please let our office know by email:[email protected] or a £5.00 per day charge will be added to your invoice for storage

  8. We will take pictures of all items before spraying takes place and any damage or defects will be noted and a member of staff will notify you.

  9. Colour matching, we have a cost of £20.00 if we have to send your parts to our suppliers to achieve your colour . No colour match will be sent unless we have full permission from the customer. 

  10. If you send us pictures of the product you require spraying please send us up to date pictures showing any damage . If we don't get up to date pictures your items may need re-pricing or in some cases we may say we are unable to spray your items. It is the customers responsibility to make sure we have all pictures required to be able to price accordingly. 

  11. Most of our work is used online for marketing purposes please advise when dropping off your items if you don't want uour products to appear online . If you don't let us know you will be giving us fall permission. 

  12. When customers products are quoted for spraying in our booth the cost includes labour and our own brand of paint where we have over 50,000 colours to choose from . 

    if the customer is wanting to use a different brand of paint from a different catalog there maybe a added cost which may of not been worked into the costing.Please take this into consideration when booking .
